Keyword matching is still the primary gate. Soft skills fluff rarely moves the rank. Exact tools and domain phrases do.

Pull keywords from the posting

Highlight:

• Hard skills and tools (Python, Salesforce, GAAP, Kubernetes)
• Role nouns (incident response, demand planning, outbound SDR)
• Certifications and compliance terms
• Soft skills only when the JD repeats them as requirements

Ignore decorative adjectives. "Passionate self-starter" is noise.

Place them where parsers look
